Prior experience as a R&D Engineer in semiconductor display panel enterprise has laid a solid R&D experience for his career in the future as a patent engineer.
He has competency in drafting patent applications, patent mining and analysis, preparing responses to office actions and translation, etc. Moreover, there are many technical fields that Mr. Zhao is proficient in, such as high polymer material and OLED display and so on. Mr. Zhao is proficient in English and familiar with patent law and patent examination system in China and occidental countries; he is capable of providing a comprehensive service of patent portfolio handling and IP consulting.

Mr. Zhao holds a M.E. in materials science and engineering and a B.E. in polymer materials and engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
